I want to commend Service America for the fine job they did in fixing our air conditioner. The problem was difficult to solve but you stayed with it and it is running fine. We have been very pleased with the service of Service America.

I felt it necessary to advise you that the two problems I had after being out of town for eight days were handled quite well by your service people. Tom took care of the plumbing problem and today, Shane handled the leak I found in my AC and both came at the time period I was given. They were most efficient and did a clean job. I highly commend both of them for doing such an excellent job. Kudos to Service America for having such competent people employed.

I write this letter to commend the crew which you sent to install a new AC unit at my home; Israel, Joanes and Douglas. You are fortunate to have such dedicated workers who are committed to their jobs and their company. They completed the job as quickly as time and space would allow.

I want to convey my personal thanks to everyone in your fine company, from the people who answer the phones and schedule the appointments, to the people who install new equipment in my home, and to the technicians who do the repair work.

I was impressed with Jorge and the work he did. He is wonderful and knew exactly what had to be done and did it in a professional manner.

We appreciate the time and effort it took for your technician to come to our house after the hurricane, with traffic delays and so forth, not to mention his personal lack of power at his residence. The generous donation of a 20 gallon water heater was so badly needed, but, more than that, represented the tremendous nature of your heart, which allowed us to serve others in "warm" love and compassion. The magnitude of this gift cannot fully be described, but I know that our city's residents deeply appreciated being able to have hot water on that cold day as we washed their hair. First I'd like to say that the purchase of a Service America Contract was a good investment. Although we have not had many problems, when we did, Service America responded promptly. On 11/3/08, Jose showed up as promised and fixed the washing machine. I believe Jose is a real asset to Service America, and I just want you to know that we are very pleased.

We have had a contract with Service America for many years and it has been our good fortune to have Raphael respond to most of our requests for service. On every occasion he has inspired confidence that we have chosen the right company in selecting Service America.
